Refund and Return Policy
At Happy Bubble Private Theater, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable private theater experience. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our customers with a fair and transparent refund and return policy.
1. Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations Made 48 Hours Before the Scheduled Booking:
Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.
Cancellations Made Within 24–48 Hours Before the Scheduled Booking:
Eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling (subject to availability).
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Booking:
No refund will be provided. However, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
2. No-Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive for their scheduled booking without prior notice, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
3. Technical Issues & Service Disruptions
In the event of technical difficulties, power outages, or unforeseen service disruptions caused by us, we will offer:
Rescheduling at no extra charge OR
A full refund (if rescheduling is not possible).
4. Food & Beverage Policy
Once food and beverages are purchased, they are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the order (e.g., incorrect item served).
5. Gift Cards & Promotional Offers
Gift cards and promotional bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
